παθολογικό δια/υποτροχαντήριο κάταγμα μηριαίου

A 76-year-old patient with a pathological transfemoral/subtrochanteric femoral fracture, arising from extensive bone disease that also extends to the femoral neck.
Due to the extensive damage to the proximal femur, a proximal femoral replacement was performed, with the aim of immediately stabilising and mobilising the patient.
A constrained cup was inserted into the acetabulum to provide increased stability and reduce the risk of dislocation, ensuring safe functional restoration of the joint.

ORIS Orthopaedic Centre offers specialist diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with the aim of restoring mobility and improving the quality of life of every patient.
